Course Overview:

The ITIL® (version 5) Foundation Bridge training course focuses on the key enhancements introduced in ITIL® (version 5) and your ability to apply them in modern digital environments.

The target group for the ITIL® V5 Foundation Bridge Certificate in IT Service Management is:

  • Anyone who wishes to upgrade their ITIL® V5 knowledge
  • Existing ITIL® qualification holders wishing to update their knowledge.

Course Objectives:

  • This course provides a fast, focused route for ITIL®4 Certification Holders to upgrade to ITIL® Foundation (Version 5), concentrating only on the updates introduced in ITIL® Foundation (Version 5).

  • The purpose of the Foundation Bridge course and qualification is to introduce students to the essential concepts of ITIL®5. The course will also prepare students to take the ITIL® 5 Foundation Bridge Certificate.

This course is only for those people who currently hold the ITIL® V4 Certification.

The official examination is a 30-minute closed-book, multiple-choice examination comprising 20 questions. The pass score is 65% (13 out of 20).
