Business Skills FAQ

Which Business Skills course is right for my team or me?

Start with the main development need. For example, new managers may benefit from Introduction to Management and Coaching for Success, while individual contributors might start with Time Management or Effective Business Communication. If you share your goals and current challenges, we can suggest a route through the portfolio.

Can you tailor Business Skills courses to our organisation?

Yes. Any course can be run as a closed session and tailored with your examples, policies and language. We can also design blended programmes that combine several topics into a coherent pathway for a specific group or department.

Can you run Business Skills courses for a whole team or department?

Yes. Most Business Skills topics work well as team based sessions. We can align content to your context, run multiple cohorts and help you schedule dates that minimise disruption to day to day operations.

How big are the classes?

Our public Business Skills courses run with small groups so everyone has a chance to contribute, ask questions and practise new skills. For onsite or virtual closed courses, we will agree group sizes that balance interaction with practicality.

Do I receive materials and a certificate?

Yes. Delegates receive supporting materials or hand outs and a course completion certificate, which many organisations use as part of their internal development records.
