What is a Corporate Skills Licence?

A Skilltec Corporate Skills Licence allows you to receive discounted prices, a dedicated Account Manager and the flexibility to book your employees in for training when they need it most. There’s no minimum or maximum spend, making it suitable for organisations of all sizes.

Budgeting

Whatever your training budget is, we will help you to stay in control with regular balance updates and support. If you are unsure on how much to put into the Skills Licence initially, talk to our friendly Business Development team who will be able to advise you based on your delegate interests.

The larger the upfront investment, the greater the discount we can offer your organisation. Any residual budget can be extended with additional funds into a renewed licence with us, giving you another 12 months to access our courses. 

 

 

Course Choice

Skilltec Training provides a wide range of courses, from Business Skills, Project Management through to IT Office Applications and IT Technical. We also offer bespoke courses written by our expert trainers for the specific needs of you and your business.

So whatever your requirement may be, we are confident we will be able to design a course train your team, to enable them to reach their maximum potential.

 

 

Simplicity

With only one PO and invoice raised at the beginning, Skills Licences simplify the booking process. You can contact your Account Manager with details of the course you want to book and when, and they will take care of the rest.

We will keep a record of courses you have redeemed against the licence, so at any time you can request a statement containing this and any remaining balance still available to you.

 

Flexibility

Through a Skills Licence, you can book your employees onto the courses they need, whenever they need it. We advertise our public scheduled dates up to 9 months in advance, allowing you to plan training across teams and departments within your organisation.

If you have a large group of employees who require training, your Account Manager will happily arrange a closed course for your delegates only, on a date that suits you!

Our Corporate Skills Licences are valid for 12 months, giving you the peace of mind to plan your training as it best suits you- whether in person or online, Microsoft-written or bespoke, our Specialist Trainers can provide engaging content for your employees to continue their professional development. As a Skills Licence is specific to an organisation and not an individual, any delegates from any department may benefit from these discounted rates.
