**NEW Course Release** Administration Skills

We are pleased to announce the release of our new Administration Skills course in our Business Skills Portfolio.  This is a general administration skills course that covers topics including business communication and telephone skills, diary and office management, organising meetings, time management and stress management.

Originally developed and designed for a specific customer of ours, we felt that it would be a really useful course for many.  Our first public delivery of this course will take place on Thursday 24th March in our Virtual Classroom.
