Leadership & Management Training Onsite at Riviera Produce

What a fantastic 4 days our trainer Chris Holl has had delivering some Leadership & Management Training to a group of 20 individuals from Riviera Produce at their premises.  Topics covered included Effective Communication & Feedback, Handling Conflict, Leadership & Motivation and Managing Poor Performance.  The delegates all engaged and interacted with the sessions, honing existing skills and learning new ones to now use these skills to lead their teams to ensure they reach their goals.
