Investment in Employee Training

We recently read a very interesting article by the Learning & Work Institute, and just had to share the key statistics.

They paint a picture of training budgets that are not keeping up with real-terms changes and a growing inequality in the training afforded to young people and non-graduates. Although this sounds a bit bleak, it means there’s a real opportunity for employers to stand out from the crowd by offering high quality training to their workers.
